(spotlight up on RINGLEADER is standing center stage in front of closed velvet curtains)

RINGLEADER

My dear friends, welcome back to Twink Tramp Circus. Tonight's performance will serve as an introduction for a fellow star and for the first time in years I will step out of the limelight, for tonight I am a humble conduit and narrator.

(slowly stepping stage left as the curtains draw back)

RINGLEADER

With that my esteemed patrons may I introduce The Demonatrix, a fellow ringleader and Kinky Kafes Masters of Ceremonies!!

(THE DEMONATRIX standing center stage in spotlight, music starts to build up as they dance and float around the stage)

Hold tight to your hats and loosen your wallets, on June 20th and 21st The Kinky Kafe and Twink Tramp Circus return to the stage with GxDly: An EPIC Tale of Transgender Deity (Frigid NYS Queerly Festival). 

(ENSEMBLE enters one by one down stage slowly dancing as THE DEMONATRIX takes center and continues to dance)

RINGLEADER

The Odyssey has been rewritten with a rainbow quill on charred parchment. Bare witness to our strength, joy, rage, and community as we dance through every line of this saga. We won’t beg for a space to bloom. With our bare and bloody hands we have ripped the earth apart and planted our own garden. We don’t ask, we demand listening ears in this temple because our stories will not be forgotten and our voices will not be ignored.
